Is that a 29er? Can you give me some idea what it weighs and how it handles big bumps?
It is designed for 700C/29" wheels. I think it was 28 lbs with the rear rack. No comment on the bumps.
I cannot really for sure, but it looks like it has the mounts for the salsa anything cages on the fork??

No, the fork is branded as a Surly. Yes, it does have eyelets that will accommodate the Salsa Anything cage
